I took roughly 400 photos of charlie here the week before last. I've been working on them slowly but surely... But I have here a few samples of what i've done with the shots! I'm still working on them. Have about 12 favorites and a little montage planned for a few of the shots. You shall see in time! Enjoy, he's a cutie!

Favorites from Hallows!

Beatnik became the Crystal Cave and played host to many Creatures of Legend and other creatures and other things.. Anyway. It was a joyous evening full of mythical wonder, led lights, long exposures, and all my favorite local bands!

My summer lighting shoot. Set up an umbrella and a softbox at beatnik. Lindsay and Tasker guided me and I shot the most expressive pretty thang here. :) it was fun. really good practice.

I feel like I've got quite the photog thing going on. I spend a lot of time with some pretty sweet photographers, some who are learning right along with me, and well, the four of us have decided to shoot weekly, together. Lindsay, Mandy, Tasker, and I. You will keep hearing about them, and seeing them too. :) love them.

So our first model was Chad. Big beautiful eyed Chad. Stud... and along with him a couple of really nice and modern furniture pieces from Design within Reach. You will see one of the chairs in a couple of the pictures.

I like the work I do with the internship at Beatnik (duh). It's really helping me see more images, experience more photography, and be extremely interactive with what it's like to have photography as a profession.

Also. On our shoot we shot inside Bistro 33 as well. It's really neat that there's so many places in town that you can use in photos. There is always something, someone, or somewhere to photograph. I'm loving this.
